Can I change or cancel my order
Yes, you can cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped, whichver is earlier.
To do so, please email our customer support team at mayuridas.artworks@gmail.com or Whatsapp at 9075779309 with your request. We encourage you to submit any cancellation or change requests as soon as possible after placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock
While we strive to minimize any such incidents, some items may run out of stock during periods of high demand. In all such cases, our customer support team will contact you and initiate a refund request.
The refund will be processed directly into the original mode of payment.
It usually takes 7 to 10 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.
You can also choose to receive an email notification when the item is back in stock by entering your email in the Back in Stock notification form on the respective product's page.
What payments you offer
We offer a number of online payment methods including credit card, debit card, net banking, and online wallets.
We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard and Amex) and support netbanking for 50+ banks.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery service at the moment. You can opt for a variety of online payment options for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping across India for all orders above Rs. 5000. For orders below Rs. 5000, a nominal Rs. 100 shipping charge will be added during Checkout.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All orders are typically shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
